If you have reduced mobility, you must write to help@madnesslive.es before making any purchase. We need to process the “Reduced Mobility Tickets” and “Companion Tickets” (if necessary). This process may take several days, so we ask for your patience. Remember that these tickets are assigned in order of application and are limited. You must be able to provide official documentation to prove your condition on the day of the event. Currently, there are no tickets available for the accessible area.
Accessible Area Information
The festival has an area designated exclusively for the use of people with reduced mobility who have purchased this type of ticket.
The accessible platform will be located next to the wall, providing an elevated, preferential view of the main stage and allowing the best access to Stage 2, food trucks, and the market. Of course, you can move freely throughout the entire festival grounds.
There will be an exclusive shuttle service for people with reduced mobility (see map) that will facilitate access to the PRM platform and Stage 2 area.
PRM taxi service hours: 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, running continuously every day. Each person with reduced mobility may be accompanied by one person who does not have reduced mobility.
