Frequently Asked Questions
You can book in advance using the links above. It’s also possible to book at the festival itself, but we recommend doing it in advance as lockers may sell out during the festival dates.
You can store any items that fit inside, except for prohibited items. Remember, you pay per locker rented, not per item.
All items whose possession or trade is illegal (such as stolen goods, drugs, pornographic materials, or anything degrading to human dignity, etc.).
Items that require a license to possess, without having such license or authorization (for example, weapons and/or ammunition).
Any type of material that is polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or hazardous substances).
Animals of any kind or any other type of living being.
Food is not allowed inside the lockers, unless it is packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers, or produce any kind of odor inside the Mobile Locker facility.

You can rent a locker for a period ranging from 1 day to the full duration of the festival.
The rental service for each locker will be accessible during the festival hours.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive confirmation and your locker number. To open the locker, you can choose to link a card or an alphanumeric code, which you will enter at the time of purchase.
You can access your rented locker as many times as you want or need during the rental period. So, if you forgot something, want to add more items, or need to access your locker during the rental period, you can do so without any issues during festival hours.
Mobile Locker and the festival are not responsible for items stored inside the lockers.
Your items will remain inside the same locker, and you will need to pay for the extra time. If the festival ends, your items will be handed over to the festival’s lost and found.

General Terms and Conditions of Reservation
1. The reservation is only considered complete once we have received full payment and you have received a confirmation email with your booking details.
2. A reservation through our online platform entitles you to a locker of the selected size. Once the purchase is completed, the locker cannot be exchanged for another size/feature combination.
3. Sales may be refunded on a case-by-case basis by contacting us and providing the booking details and reason for cancellation.
4. Refunds requested more than 14 days after the order date will be considered non-refundable by default.
5. Refunds must be requested at least 14 days before the event, counted from midnight in the respective event time zone. Refunds requested after this period will be considered invalid.
6. All refunds will be considered partial. Administrative fees have been paid to initiate your reservation and process the payment. These costs are considered the responsibility of the end user and will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. The use of the locker during the reserved time is at the discretion of the user. No refunds will be issued for unused reservation days.
