Only a compact camera. If it’s not compact, you run the risk of security not allowing you to bring it in. Our advice is to avoid these issues.

Where can I buy my ticket?

I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?

Will tickets be available at the box office?
Yes, from July 2nd at 6:00 PM at the box office at the entrance of the festival, provided that the advance tickets are not sold out.

How much do tickets cost at the box office?
As with any concert, they are 10-15% more than advance tickets.

Do I have to bring a printed ticket or is it enough to have it on my phone?
On your phone, that’s enough. We’ll give you a wristband that will grant you access to the festival.

Are the tickets personal?
No, names will not be checked at access control.

What do I do if I find a lost item?
You can take it to the box office. If no one claims it, it will be taken to the Cartagena Local Police.

Will water and food be allowed into the concert?
A sandwich and 50cl open-bottle water per person.

Will there be seating?

Will we have to be vaccinated to attend?

The event is planned in a post-COVID-19 normality. If there are any restrictions, we will notify you with sufficient advance notice. There are currently no restrictions.

Will there be camping?

Doesn’t the shuttle bus pass through my town?
It only passes through the towns mentioned above. This service has been implemented to address the lack of accommodation in Cartagena city. However, there will be a festival parking lot where you can leave your car.

Can I collect my friend’s wristband?
No, we must apply the wristbands ourselves.

Can the money for the wristband be refunded?

Why are there processing fees when requesting a refund for my wristband?
It’s manual work that will be performed by qualified personnel. However, you can always calculate the cost so that you don’t have any money left over for your wristband. That way, you won’t have to ask for a refund.

Will there be gluten-free food and drinks?
Yes.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan options?
Yes.

How reusable cups work
The cup will cost €2, and you can change its size at the bar depending on what you order, but you cannot return it. The ideal is to take it home as a souvenir and reuse it in subsequent years, thus reducing waste at the venue.

No, it’s an elevated platform to ensure visibility, but it doesn’t have seating.

The parking provided by the City Council and the festival is accessible to all. https://www.rockimperiumfestival.es/es/accesos-y-parking/ You won’t have any problems using the buses that have been provided. It’s free, so there’s no problem if you want to leave your vehicle.

I’ve won a raffle and/or I’m invited. What do I do?
We’ll try to send you the invitation by email. If you haven’t received it before the festival date, you’ll need to show your ID at the box office on the day of the event. If you already have your invitation, take it to the box office and they’ll exchange it for the corresponding wristband.
