TOP-UP BONUS

On Thursday, July 2, from 17:00 to 21:00, you will be able to exchange your ticket for the festival wristband and take advantage of a special top-up promotion.

During this time, when you top up your wristband you will receive a 10% extra balance. (Example: top up €50 and get an extra €5, top up €100 and get an extra €10)

⚠️ Important: Promotional balance is non-refundable and will be used last within the total balance on the wristband.

Refunds will be made by entering the digits of the wristband chip, so it is very important to keep it after the event has ended.

Refund period: From Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM until Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 5:00 PM. The refund has no cost.

CASHLESS SYSTEM AND PAYMENTS WITHIN THE FESTIVAL

1. Exchange your ticket at the wristband area for your wristband.

2. Top up your wristband at the available cashless kiosks (with credit card or cash).

3. You can now buy drinks, food, and merchandise at the festival grounds.

4. You can recover any remaining balance on your wristband online the week following the festival (from 10:00 AM on July 7, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 21, 2026) at this link (no processing fee). IMPORTANT: Refunds for any remaining balance on your wristband will begin to be processed from July 21, 2026 onwards.

Important: Do not throw away your bracelet. The period available to request a refund will be from 07/07/2026 at 10:00 AM to 21/07/2026 at 5:00 PM.

2. Enter the numbers from the chip on your wristband (they are on the back).

3. Continue with the instructions on the website.

IMPORTANT: Refunds for any remaining balance on the wristband will begin arriving on July 21, 2025. Please be patient (there will be no processing fee).
