CASHLESS SYSTEM AND PAYMENTS WITHIN THE FESTIVAL
1. Exchange your ticket at the wristband area for your wristband.
2. Top up your wristband at the available cashless kiosks (with credit card or cash).
3. You can now buy drinks, food, and merchandise at the festival grounds.
4. You can recover any remaining balance on your wristband online the week following the festival (from 10:00 AM on July 7, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 21, 2026) at this link (no processing fee). IMPORTANT: Refunds for any remaining balance on your wristband will begin to be processed from July 21, 2026 onwards.

RECOVER THE REMAINING BALANCE FROM YOUR CASHLESS BRACELET
Important: Do not throw away your bracelet. The period available to request a refund will be from 07/07/2026 at 10:00 AM to 21/07/2026 at 5:00 PM.

2. Enter the numbers from the chip on your wristband (they are on the back).
3. Continue with the instructions on the website.
IMPORTANT: Refunds for any remaining balance on the wristband will begin arriving on July 21, 2025. Please be patient (there will be no processing fee).
